| Appointment of WEO Executive Committee |
To move WEO forward to the next phase, we have agreed that a WEO Exco will be formed to drive certain initiatives. The WEO Board is putting forth the following persons into the WEO Exco :-
1. Marcel Ewals
2. CH Kong
3. Sylvia Phua
Hence, the WEO Exco will comprise of the above 3 persons plus 3 permanent members – James Chia, Carol Tong and Andrew Lee. The above Exco members will serve a term of 2 years. The first WEO Exco meeting will be scheduling on 7th December 2005.

| New Appointment in Middle East |
After the success of the management teams' trip to the Middle East. WEO will begin to plant its seeds in the Middle East region. In line with the company's vision to be a global player, WEO Middle East will take root in Dubai to tap on the regions fast expanding MICE industry.
WEO Middle East has appointed Mr. Tony Chan as General Manager to head the operations in Dubai. Tony is not new to the industry, he has close to 10 years of experience in the exhibition and conferencing industry under his belt. Tony was with Terrapinn for 5 years and moved on to Reed Exhibitions for 4 years. He has been instrumental and the pioneer in building up the Asian Amusement Expo, the Asian Casino show, Asia Media Festival and Asia TV Forum to name a few.

The entire convention center was dedicated to the event which utilised the 150 seats round table multi-function room, the 1,000 seats theatre, 1,000 seats banquet room and more than 30 seminar, press and VIP rooms ranging from 10 to 300 seats.
The event was supported with state of the art AV equipment including instantaneous target detecting cameras, simultaneous translation sets and projectors which are capable of making projections from more than 50 metres.

More than 20,000 delegates had participated the parade. The participations were Lions Club members, delegates and their families, together with marching bands, precision demonstration units and uniformed marching delegations.
The parade participants will first gather at the Golden Bauhinia Square and the Opening Ceremony will be held at the ntersection of Expo Drive and Expo Drive East and the Event is scheduled to step off at 1800 hrs and begin advance south on Expo Drive East, proceeding west onto Convention Avenue, continue west onto Fenwick Pier Street and Lung Wui Road, pass reviewing and judges stands at Tamar site North and finally disperse at Tamar Site South. The parade route is approximately one mile long. breaks, proved to be a successful networking and business development opportunity.
